In my experience the soft gels are faster and stronger than the Sleep gummies. I like both.
The soft gels I use when i want to fall sleep quicker or when im in hugh discomfort after dialysis treatments. They ABSOLUTELY dissolve the muscular pain, relax my heart rate, relax my mind in a clean way (unlike THC in other gummies).
I never feel drowsy or slow the day after. I feel regenerated from a great night sleep.
